Delivery and Returns
I only use Parcel Force!
Delivery is free for all of my products. I aim to despatch the same/next day on a standard 2-4 day service.
Please bare in mind that bespoke items will be handmade from scratch, this will possibly increase delivery times by upto 3 weeks.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and are based on a Monday - Friday working week. Shaker'n'Weave does not accept responsibility for delays incurred by courier companies.
Returns
Please inform me about your intention to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please do so by sending an email to nicky@shakernweave.co.uk with the subject line: "RETURN OF ORDER" and I will be in touch advising you of the next steps. I would appreciate your reason for returning the order as it helps me to improve my products and service.Kindly note that returns are to be shipped on the customer’s own expense.
The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition. All returns should be sent back to me in their original packaging & carton. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Bespoke items are non-refundable. All sales of these products are final.
We strongly advise that purchases are returned via a tracked and signed service. The risk and cost of the returns remain with our customers. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund If Applicable
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
